If ordering online, the customer must confirm the order and pay in full. For orders directly from our office and warehouse, advance payment is not required.
Products will not be shipped until the full payment is made and the order is confirmed.
Customers can cancel their online order before it is confirmed.
If fraudulent orders are placed online, the company will take legal action.
If no call/email/message is received within 1-7 business days after placing an online order, customers are requested to call us directly.
